Answers to questions pertaining to your orders time frame, its materials, fabrication and the ordering and shipping processes themselves; as well as gift shipping and returns may will eventually be listed here.
1:ORDERS
Your Order will be Hand made to order. All Products advertised will be shipped within the week. At busy times, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date.
2:SHIPPING
Untill we source a reliable courier, Delivery will be by Royal mail parcel Force. Shipping costs are not included in Price.
3:GIFT SHIPPING
Your orders can be personalised and gift wrapped and sent to your loved ones for a small fee, depending on your requirments.
4:RETURNS
We will ensure your 100% satisfaction with our products before we ship them. All sales are then final. However, any damage sustained in the post will be fixed at no charge, upon its return to our workshop. Customer undertakes cost of return postage if necessary.
Whilst our bones are made from quality plaster, they are reasonably fragile - as their real counterparts. They may not for example survive intact from a badly hung wall fixing. Accidental Damage which happens domestically can also be attended to for a small fee.
